Monday update...
Not much new to report...besides that I am really GRUMPY so you probably wouldn't want to hear much from me. The weekend was fine. I felt really bad most of the day on Saturday but did manage to get most of my shopping done. I stayed home yesterday while Bret took the kids to Indiana for the Middleton Christmas. His brother had called to say that many of them had colds so we decided it would be best for me to stay home. I have some crazy rash or hives all over my arms and upper body which is pretty painful...going to call the doc about that today but I am sure I will be told it is just another wonderful side effect of the chemo. I have had very little sleep for days...Jillian has had a horrible cough for over a week so that is keeping me awake every night. Counting down to number 4 and my last meeting with the Red Devil on Thursday .....

Jan - I'm sorry you are grumpy - but rightfully so! I was a big grump myself yesterday! That is just WRONG during the holiday season! (hehe).... anyway, I think it was smart of you to stay home and avoid the colds. You know what - I wish you would have called. I could have/would have just come spent the day with you - just the two of us. Now that's enough to put me in a good mood - just thinking about it... Next time, just keep that in mind! I love you.... Sue
You are certaily entitled to be grumpy!! I don't see how you are juggling it all - being that you feel so rotten! Glad that this will be the last of the red devil!! And I pray that you are feeling good by the time Christmas rolls around! Glad you didn't expose yourself to the "kiddie colds" and I hope Jillian starts feeling better soon! Take care! Love ya! Linda
O.K. Grumpy! Good call on staying away from the sick ones! Also glad to hear this is the last round with this med. and maybe the others will go better for you. You are certainly entitled to be mad at the world if you want to, just remember that we are here if and when you need us!
Love you,
Kay
Hi Jan: We missed you Saturday night, but glad you stayed home to avoid potential germs and stay warm! Hope today turns out to be a good day for you and the grumpiness wears off....if not, you are entitled. =)
Karen
Being grumpy is no big deal in the grand scheme of things. (As a matter of fact, he was my favorite dwarf.) If you feel like it, try and reach for a better feeling thought, even if it isn't the best thought you've ever had.
Take care Grumpy! :)

I'm sorry - I had to laugh a little bit when I read that you are sleeping a lot and are a little grumpy. That is how most of my weekends are! And I'm laughing because you are "miss get up at the crack of dawn" everyday so it will do you some good to sleep in. I don't want to rub it in or anything, but it's going to be almost 80 here again today:) Take care - I know you can beat the devil!
Love Ya - Jamie
